The Riverside Dickens Festival Outreach Team is excited to visit your school and share the magic of Victorian literature, history, and imagination with your students. For more than 30 years, the Riverside Dickens Festival has celebrated the works of Charles Dickens through storytelling, performance, and hands‑on educational experiences designed to spark curiosity and creativity.
During our visit, students will meet friendly festival representatives in Victorian attire who bring characters and historical moments to life. Our team introduces young learners to the world of Charles Dickens through engaging conversation, age‑appropriate activities, and insights into how stories from the past continue to shape the world today. We also provide information about the annual festival, including opportunities for families to attend, participate, or explore further educational programs.
